Warranty Policy

Shop.fiil.com offers 1-year warranty provided to our customers. The procedure of returning product to us will be the same as the return process, and we do not accept providing warranty service in the following situations:

  • The products were purchased from any unauthorized or non-official selling channels.
  • The brand new, unopened and unused products.
  • No RMA numbers
  • RMA number was invalid
  • The SN number is missing or not clear from the product
  • Visible damage to outer package or product sharply
  • The wrong product was returned to us
  • The product was returned to us with no or missing accessories or parts
  • Any return products, accessories and packing come with the traces of artificial damages
  • No tracking information provided by Buyer over 14 days since RMA number provided by us

Once the item is received by us, it takes 4-5 Chinese business days for technical inspection, and 14-30 calendar days for fixing process, then, the product will be delivered back to buyer freely; however, we will issue full refund if the quality issue was unable to be fixed.
