Shipping Area

Generally, we can ship orders to customer around the world, We ship to 48 Continental States in the USA. For specific products, we can also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands although transit time and rates may vary. The customers will need to email fiilsupport@fiil.com for details. However, please be aware some special shipping address that we cannot ship the order to such as the followings:

Camps, carnivals, fairs, chautauquas, churches, mosques, synagogues, temples, convents, schools, colleges and universities without a dock, medical/urgent care sites without a dock, prisons, construction sites, individual/mini storage units, mine sites, golf courses, country clubs, nuclear power plants, military bases/installations, pars, farms, ranches, Indian reservations, daycares, hotels, motels, bars, night clubs, cemeteries, outdoor flea markets, retirement/nursing homes.

Please kind noted the shipping fees vary depending on the shipping method and the destination. You could check the shipping fees while checking out your order and fulfilling the Billing & Shipping information. You may be required to pay any applicable duties, custom fees or taxes that your country requires upon entry of the goods. Please contact your local Customs office for more details, information, and estimated fees before ordering. We are unable to guarantee the arrival dates of packages by irresistible reasons. Please keep this in mind if you need a package to arrive on a particular date. Please allow us tell you that the shipping time will be extended and the surcharge of the freight charge by freight company accordingly in case of shipping address within remote area. Our customer service representatives will contact you if there is a shipping surcharge on your order.

Shipping Address & Delivery Phone No.

1) Please provide us with the most up-to-date, accurate and detailed shipping information with your phone number. If the item is returned because it was not deliverable due to an incorrect address or unanswered phone call, the customer will be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.

2) A valid contact number needs to be provided when placing the order. It may cause delay or even return of product if an invalid phone number is provided. Customer will be responsible for all additional costs.

3)  Please be aware the shipping address and phone number are not allowed for any change once the order was shipped out. Orders will be hold if the phone number was missing from the order information until we got the phone number from customers.

Order Handling Time and Shipping Time

1) It takes approximately 24 to 72 business hours to process and ship your order once it is confirmed and the payment received. Orders received on Weekend (Saturday & Sunday), and public holidays, which they will be processed the next business day. During busy seasons, it may take around 5-7 business days to process your order due to high volume of orders.

2) If your billing address and shipping address do not match, or if you change your delivery address after placing the order, we might need you to send in both copies of the driver’s license and credit card.

4) You will be kindly contacted by our customer service representative if your orders will be shipped separately from different warehouses and arrived at different time. Customer need to inform us by email within the 12 hours after the making order if there is an expecting date of the order to be delivered.

5) For shipment to some special shipping destinations such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands, Montenegro and French Islands and so on, please email us for shipping fee confirmation. If you choose to submit an order prior to contacting us, we will email you the shipping fee and your order will be hold until we receive further confirmation of shipping fee from you.

6) Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are ESTIMATES only. We will make every effort to make sure you receive your order in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient delivery information and so on.

After your item is shipped out, the online tracking number and link will be sent to you by notification email. (Please check your spam box if you do not receive such an email.)
